Girls Power Parties with Young Wizards Academy have girls doing everything from shooting a bow and arrow, using a powerful wand, wielding a saber, or casting spells, charms and divinations. We have several adventure themes to choose from where every child leaves with a wand or saber and a special treasure gem they find while on a mission.

All the themes we provide come with an experienced and trained actor that leads the kids through training, games, secret missions and lots of fun adventures.  Most often the parties become a huge group activity that even older brothers and sisters want to join in. All leaders bring extra supplies just in case.   We bring all the magic, props and costumes to all our show.  That's what sets us apart is that the kids get to become the wizards not just watch.

Even the kids get something special to take home after every YWA Birthday party in Surry.  Every child gets to keep their saber to keep afterward to continue the battle after. Some great invitations ideas are:

Cut a blank piece of white card stock type paper into the shape of a saber. Use any marker to color the grip grey and the beam blue or green or even red I guess. Write in your event info in silver or white marker on the beam.
On the very front of the event card, write, “You are Invited to a Galaxy Far, Far Away” Write your birthday event details inside.

2015 was a big year for Young Wizards Academy.  We launched 6 more themed parties through the year.  Parent today listed us as the #1 entertainer in Vancouver in their article " Best Birthday Entertainers in Vancouver" We performed at some very big events like the Star W party at the exclusive Vancouver Club and perform for 180 kids at the boys night out event at Leigh Elementary, along with a ton of private birthday parties and other events, fairs and camps.  

 

 

 

This past year we also launched our very first summer camp called Force Within Summer Camp.  It was an incredible week long adventure. We will defiantly be having another for this upcoming year maybe even two camps this year.    We are excited to start the new year and can't wait to see what new parties will create this year!  Maybe possibly a Nerf adventure or an actioned packed wand adventure.

The Ultimate Cauldron Creations Girls Birthday Party is here put on by Young Wizards Academy Potions Professor Cheryl Trelawney. We are very excited to be launching this new line of party as nobody out there is doing this sort of party and event in the Vancouver area.

 

Welcome to the healing potions class!  Where all your tweens and teens learn from the funny Potions Professor Trelawney how to use all natural ingredients to make fabulous health products with easy and simple ingredients. This party has educational components too. 

 

 All participants start by sitting under the sorting hat to find out what house team they will be in. Following that everyone gets the recipes, makes the product, can even choose to use them at the party and then take them home to use later. An unreal, fun, educational birthday party for girls!

 

No need to provide goodie bags anymore!!  They get to take home their health creation in the specially labeled container. Each participant also takes home 12 bath bombs!!   You get to choose which potion you would like to make or choose from our birthday selection of packages.  The professor brings the entire laboratory to your space. Choose from 2 to 3 product packages or call to customize your party package.    Ages 9 and up.

New girl birthday parties come to Vancouver.

Young Wizards Academy has launched two new girl birthday parties.

Cauldron Creations and Hunger Tribute games!

The first arriving this month is called Cauldron Creations. We have just recently finished the product test phase and we are about two weeks away from the launch.

 

This new party is fabulous for a tween, teen or adult birthday or other special occasion. Professor C. Trelawney arrives at your home, activity room or school and will show all the students how to make easy health products with simple ingredients.  She brings all the supplies and teaches you to make everything from coconut lime lip balms, hand sanitizer, face masks, sugar foot scrubs and more. All participants start by sitting under the sorting hat to find out what house they are in and who they will be teamed up with. Following that everyone gets the recipes, makes the products, can even choose to use them at the party and then take them home. No need for goody bags!

 

 

We are expecting to start receiving a 25% boost in party sales very quickly with that increasing as the word gets out.  Through word of mouth we already booked our first Cauldron Creations Party with it not even appearing on our website yet.  

The Next Party that just recently launched is call Hunger Tribute Games.  An awesome tween/teen event.  Watch as Catniss arrives at you party ready to teach your kids to shoot an arrow and survive the Nerf battle arena.

Create an ultimate Potter Potions party for this coming Halloween!   Young Wizards Academy has created the ultimate Potter Party where everyone gets a chance to sit under the sortin hat and be placed into their house.  “Yes the Sortin hat actually does talk to them!”   All the kids get to receive a robe that they wear for the duration of the party and a wand that they get to keep forever. All wands are custom made and no two are alike. The kids do get to have a chance to shoot their wands as Professor McGonagall will teach them in Wand Training Class.  The Professor will take them through a series of skills and prepare them to fire the wands for their first time!  They may be even ready for even something more dangerous as catching wild pixies with their wands.

 

As the castle bell rings all the students get to have a short break and a snack before entering into their very first Potions class with their potions teacher Professor C. Trewalwney.  All kids receive safety instructions before class and a cute pair of safety goggles.  See how all the kids get to use very cool ingredients like spider eggs, flubber slime and fairy dust. All kids get to make a series of three potions during the class. A very surreal experience for the kids!

 

Be careful not to go missing during the invisibly potion!

 

The Kids know hear the Castle bell ring again and return to the great hall for a top secret mission deep inside the castle, What’s lurking inside the dungeon of the castle and what treasure’s will the kids be able to find?
