it’s your home, rec center room or complex activity room, maybe even a saber
battle in the park for this summer. We
travel from Mission to Richmond to an occasional party in Whistler for time to

Awesome Ideas and tips. I quite often get asked what makes a
fabuouls party. Well here are a couple of important tips I’ve
put together to make sure that special day is amazing because it should be. Please
check us out here to see all our parties, themes and prices.
1.
Space
needed: Weather it be your living
room to a Coquitlam or Port Coquitlam Rec Center room or park, it’s always best
if you have the birthday party entertainer arrive in an open space. Quite often I arrive and mom or dad has taken
out the coffee table from the room and pushed the couches back to the far wall.
This is usually enough space to host 10 to 12 kids comfortably. Kids are
amazing how they adjust to the space. Downstairs Rec rooms are nice as long as you
put away the toys and video games and its distracting for the kids and the
performer has to work harder to create that amazing magic. Rec centers are great as their rooms are
bigger just be sure to keep chairs and tables off to the side and leave an open
space for the kids to sit or move around. I recommend Hyde Creek in Port
Coquitlam perfect size room at a great price

Timing: It’s always best to have the little guests
arrive before the entertainer as most entertainers have a grand entrance to the
party. At least I do. You are paying allot of money so you don’t want the
entertainer standing around waiting for kids to arrive. Be on the look out as the entertainer is
usually waiting in the wings ready for your que. It’s usually best to have the entertainment
first then go into yummy food and cake.
That seems to be the usually timeline that parent follow I find. On a few occasions if it’s a late party like
5pm start time kids might need to be fed first as their attention is limited
around that time without food. Kids get hungry around that time.
3.
Entertainment
: Look for an entertainer that has
good communication on with you responds back to your requests and answers all
your question in regards to the show. Don’t be afraid to just call them up and
start firing questions. I live in Port Coquitlam and admin work is a big
portion of my day to day activities.
Also, that way you can get a good idea of their personality and passion
level for what they do.
