Birthday parties and staying cool games!

Cooling down at a birthday party doesn’t have to be really complicated- you bring the water and kids together and you are usually good to go, but in case this doesn’t entertain them, we have rounded up some ways to make outdoor time the most fun with very little money or effort in that case. These ideas don’t have to be very complex or expensive much either. So, start making this summer the best summer ever with these easy to do and fun ways to stay cool when you don’t have a pool in your back pocket!

1.       Water balloon fight- Yes it may take some time to fill them up but it’s super fun and inexpensive.  You can find them at any dollar store.

2.       Water gun battle- I see these everywhere and you can pick them up at value Village for very cheap. Just provide a place to fill up. Hours of fun.

Tip: To keep the excitement going and not get slowed down, instead of waiting to fill the water guns up with the hose, set out a few buckets full of cold water so the kids can just hold their toys in them so they can fill them up quickly and get back onto the fun!

3.       Hang Water balloons in a tree then play water balloon piñata!

4.       Water bucket relay race- they have to place a small bucket of water on top of their head run to another bucket and transfer the water from one another

5.       Splash Park always a hit !!

6.       Pretend to wash some laundry– give your kids a job. Get some buckets and shirts and have them wash them outside and hang them to dry. The more bubbles the better.

7.       Play wet sponge tag– think regular tag but instead of tagging with your hand, tag with a wet sponge.

8.       .Fill up the little baby pool (or buckets) and fish for treasures! Use some nets or your hands.

Remember to always bring some water so all the kids can stay hydrated and choose a spot to picnic in the shade.
thanks for the visit..
